This is a family event which regularly attracts thousands of satisfied spectators to enjoy the display which is presented by Midnight Storm Fireworks.
As well as a spectacular fireworks display, there is also a food stall, and low cost fairground rides, popular with children and teenagers. There will also be a fire performer.
Girvan Attractions have been organising the display for many year with the support of other partner agencies: Carrick Resilience Team, Police Scotland, Scottish Fire & Rescue Service, Maritime & Coastguard Agency, Royal National Lifeboat Institution, and Girvan & South Carrick First Responders to ensure the event goes to plan.
It has been well proven that having one well-organised, safe community fireworks display reduces demand on the emergency services and reduce anti-social behavior and injuries relating to fireworks.
