Visit
Stumpy Jail is opened during the summer month with the support of volunteers from Girvan Opportunities.
There are four floors of exhibits for the public to view free of charge. Unfortunately, there are no lifts within Stumpy Jail and the original stone stairs are steep and old. For those people who are unable to use the stairs, there is an interactive display on the ground floor.
Tours
Special visits for groups of tourists, community groups, and schools for educational tours can be made by special arrangement and at no cost.
